Beauty + functionality + my yardsticks for excellence = success!

Clients tell me they love my exceptional sense of color, knowledge of textiles, and superb sourcing. That requires knowing your products and the history of design and culture. Sometimes it’s the nuance you bring in—the great detail that’s historically accurate and communicates the style without going overboard with a lot of fluff.

Texture, interest, and letting the eye rest—these are just a few principles of great design that I weave into everything I do, whether my project involves a kitchen, a bank of windows or a whole house, and whether your style is modern or “to period.”

Clients also tell me they love how I make their personal design concept a reality, delivered on budget and on time. My design skills are at work here, but just as important: I listen closely to my clients’ design goals--what they love about their home and what they aspire to. When they see how I’m able to make their home reflect their personal story, it’s the big “wow” I live for because it brings such joy to my clients.

Do you want to remodel your kitchen or update your bathroom? Are you wondering if you should reupholster that treasured antique couch to reflect the colors in your art collection? Do you want to refurbish a gathering space without changing the footprint? I’d love to hear from you.

“All I can say is, WOW. Working with Lyons-Archer was a a wonderful experience.”
